Emma's Coffee House has partnered with Laker Schools to provide a work study program for the SAIL Academy, which offers individualized learning and apprenticeship programs for its students. The program allows students ages 16 and older an opportunity to earn high school credit while acquiring on-the-job experience. The SAIL Academy students will work as staff members at Emma’s, learning the ins and outs of the hospitality industry and getting a look at how a small business operates.
